Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at futuremortgage.com (the “Site”) and any related services (together, the “Services”), you (“you,” “your,” “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), along with our Privacy & Security Policy. IN NO EVENT WILL FUTURE MORTGAGE (OR ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR EMPLOYEES) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification
